<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production activity management system capable of increasing the profits of an entire factory by urging employees to participate, in a positive bottom-up fashion, in a variety of activities contributing to the stable operation of the factory. <P>SOLUTION: A contribution margin database 30 is provided for storing item data including contribution margins by which employees' activities are evaluated, employees' identification codes, activity data, and registrant identification codes. When receiving the contribution margins, the employees' identification codes and the activity data from the first client terminal 20 of a first manager, a server device 10 temporarily registers them as the item data including the registrant identification codes in the contribution margin database 30. The server device then outputs predetermined approval-correcting screen data to the second client terminal 21 of a second manager who is higher in rank than the first manager, and when receiving either approval data for the temporarily registered item data or correction and approval data, registers the approved item data in the contribution margin database 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
