<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a simple workflow system to execute proper routing without operating user management or route management, and to minimize the labor of a manager. <P>SOLUTION: A workflow system manager transfers a public key generated by using a public key code generation device 1 to an applicant, and transfers a private key to an approver at the time of using an electronic system for a communicating means. The applicant encrypts an application document by the public key by a client machine 3, and sends it to a client machine 4 of the approver through an electronic mail. The approver extracts a document from the sent mail, and decodes it by the private key, and performs an approval or disapproval operation. In this case, as a method to enable the applicant to send the mail to the approver without knowing the route of flow, there are a method (1) to send a mail to all members concerned with the workflow, a method (2) to send the mail to all members who are certified as approvers, and a method (3) to prepare a mail address exclusive for the workflow, and to send the mail to the address. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
