<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that overall efficiency deterioration is generated, and that the fluctuation of design completeness is generated since a person who is not necessarily requested to attend may participate in the check of problems in a design review at the time of estimating a defective mode and a degree of risk due to an FMEA in a conventional development management system. <P>SOLUTION: As for a subject to at least one defective mode predicted on current design, a computer automatically selects persons concerned or the members of a department concerned, and performs design review by using a past design subject database and an institution table including development persons concerned.
