<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clothing for protecting an electromagnetic wave, capable of preventing a pace-maker used by a patient from the occurrence of malfunction caused by the electromagnetic wave transmitted from a cellular phone. <P>SOLUTION: This clothing worn over the chest part of the patient using the pace-maker is provided by using a magnetic shielding cloth material 11 at least a part covering from the front surface side of the chest part where the pace-maker is implanted subcutaneously in the vicinity of heart of the patient, over to the rear surface side of the back of the patient. The magnetic shielding cloth material is obtained by copper-plating on the surface of a chemical fiber, and attaching permalloy on its surface.
