<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging container that makes it possible to easily and safely put in or take out its content, is highly durable and therefore can be used as a returnable container many times, and is low in production cost, the packaging container being such that it can be transported with thick plate-like contents interspatially packaged in the container having some amount of cushion. <P>SOLUTION: The packaging container comprises a packaging box (1) and a partition device (2) disposed therein. The partition device (2) is composed of a combination of two parallel lateral partition plates (3) and many vertical partition plates (4). The partition plates each are formed such that rectangular plate (31, 43) in which a plastic foamed board with non-woven fabric (32, 42) stuck to its surface is folded along creases (33, 43), formed on the rear of the board with a heat blade, so that the non-woven fabric comes outside.
