<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform business management by multilaterally analyzing overhead expenses such as a fixed cost and an operation and management cost on a provider side, a fixed cost and a membership cost on a tenant side, and a facility use expense and a service use expense on a special member side necessary for performing a care service for an elderly person as a private business. <P>SOLUTION: A simulation system for aged person community business comprises a means for changing initial fixed costs such as a cost of construction and reconstruction etc. of the facility, a labor cost and a food cost and variable values of values etc. indicating a tenant moving state such as the number of tenants, an initial move-in fee and a use rate of the facility into variables; and a means for creating a correlation formula on the basis of each variable and calculating an appropriate solution by changing each of the variables. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
