PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a user to determine a route via a place when he determines whether the route via the place is to be set or not. SOLUTION: When a cursor 511 continues to be positioned on a facility mark 510 at least for a specified time (b), a main control section 108 displays utilization guidance information that is stored in advance for facilities that the facility mark 510 indicates. Additionally, the difference between required time until a destination is reached when the user goes forward a guide route that is set currently, and required time until the destination is reached when the user sets a new guide route via the facility as the place and goes forward the new guide route is obtained, and is displayed along with the required distance and required travelling time to the facility (c).
