PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge for staple sheets having a pressing means capable of being used repetitively and allowing easy handling. SOLUTION: The cartridge for staple sheets is equipped with a cartridge body 1 furnished with an accommodation part 7 to removably accommodate a refill case B in which a plurality of staple sheets 30 are accommodated in layers and a refill hold-down piece 2 provided on the cartridge body 1 rotatably, whereby the refill case B accommodated in the accommodation part 7 is held down by the rotated refill hold-down piece 2 and fixed, while a pressing means 17 is attached to the refill hold-down piece 2, and it is arranged that the staple sheet 30 is pressed down by the pressing means 17 when the refill hold-down piece 2 is rotated.
