PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mix an aqueous phase liquid and an oil phase liquid correctly at a prescribed mixing ratio and to quickly and uniformly disperse either liquid to be dispersed without forming a cake to easily micronize the dispersed phase. SOLUTION: A prescribed volume of the aqueous phase liquid (3) is charged into a mixing vessel (1). Then the most part of a prescribed volume of the oil phase liquid (6) is also charged into the liquid (3) in the vessel (1) while the liquid (3) is being stirred. After mixing and stirring both liquids (3, 6) for dispersion, the vessel (1) is placed on a weighing device (2) to calculate the shortage of the liquid (6) from the prescribed volume and to supply it to the vessel (1). Subsequently, the mixture (8) in the vessel (1) is uniformly stirred by a stirring device (9) to micronize the particles of the dispersed phase. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
