SINGLE MAGNETIC FLUX QUANTUM LOGIC CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single magnetic flux quantum logic circuit of high integrity for easy designing of wiring or the like. SOLUTION: A JJ block array 100 comprises a JJ blocks 200 arranged in a matrix. Each JJ block 200 comprises one Josephson junction element and one shunt resistor connected in parallel. A plurality of JJ blocks are connected together by a first signal wiring 220 to constitute logic units 501-506 and a Josephson type transfer line. A second signal line 214 connects the logic-units 501-506 with the Josephson type transfer line together, thus wiring the logic units as a whole. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
