PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively execute a providing service of area information and map information. SOLUTION: The image forming device 1 has an image forming means 13 for printing and outputting an image, an Internet connecting means 11, a contents processing means 12 for processing contents downloaded through the Internet, and an operation inputting means 14 for receiving an operation entry about various processing control of the image forming device. A user connects to a server device storing the area/map information by the Internet connecting means 11 according to a prescribed operation entry inputted to the operation inputting means 14 and downloads contents of the area/map information.
