PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to connect to another client by easy input operation even in a network system having a large quantity of connection numbers. SOLUTION: A user of a client T1 inputs a connection number "2000" to the client T1 (ST1010). The client T1 transmits an ARQ signal including this connection number to a call server 100 (ST1020). The call server 100 adds "7123" to the received connection number (ST1030) and returns an ACF signal including the connection number to the client T1 (ST1040). The client T1 acquiring the complete connection number uses the connection number to transmit a SETUP signal to a client T2 (ST1050).
