PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prohibit the use of an additional function unit upon cancellation of a communication contract. SOLUTION: A cellular telephone (300) with an additional function has a predetermined additional function unit (200) other than a communication function unit (100) for performing radio communication with a base station (T). This telephone (300) is provided with a decision means (1, 35a) for deciding whether or not the use of the unit (100) is prohibited, and a usage prohibiting means (1, 35b) for prohibiting the use of the section (200) when the means (1, 35a) decides that the use of the section (100) is prohibited.
