PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which rotates a fan on the downstream side in a flow direction of a coolant out of a plurality of fans for cooling a heat generating body in a PC server by utilizing the pressure difference obtained by driving the fan on the upstream side, to enhance cooling efficiency. SOLUTION: The electronic equipment comprises the PC server 1 including a cooling fans 8a and 8b by which cooling medium is fed inside from outside of a box 3, cooling fans 9a and 9b disposed on the down-stream side in a flow direction of the cooling medium and rotated by pressure difference obtained by driving the cooling fans 8a and 8b disposed on the upper stream side in the flow direction of the cooling medium, a control substrate 4 having an electronic part for calculating a voltage applied onto the cooling fans 8a and 8b, and a voltage varying device 6 for applying the voltage onto the cooling fans 8a and 8b. In this electronic equipment, the cooling fans 8a and 8b are controlled so as to be driven based on the number of rotation of the cooling fans 9a and 9b, and the cooling fans 9a and 9b are rotated by the pressure difference obtained by driving the cooling fans 8a and 8b.
