PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiating device equipped with an airflow direction control means capable of achieving efficient heat radiation effect by giving the pressure of flow with respect to the radial direction of the fluid with a change to concentrate the flow of the fluid, discharged out of an air outlet port, into the central part of the flow. SOLUTION: The heat radiating device is constituted of a frame equipped with an air suction port and the air outlet port, a fan provided in the frame, and the airflow direction control means formed along the circumference of inner wall of the air outlet port in the frame to control the direction of fluid which flows from the air outlet port outwardly.
