PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optimization problem computing device capable of simply and properly reflecting the intention of a user on a computing process of an optimization problem, improving fitness of an optimum solution, and shortening a computing time. SOLUTION: A dependency creation part 103 receives a solution candidate in the middle of search processing from a computing part 102 and creates a dependency between parameters according to the solution candidate. A display/edition part 104 indicates the dependency between the parameters and provides a GUI for editing the dependency to a user. When the dependency is edited by the user, the computing part 102 restarts the search processing while taking the edited dependency into consideration. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
