PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation device capable of improving fitting stability or fitting reliability. SOLUTION: This device has a push switch element 11 arranged on a circuit board 5, a knob 10 for operating the push switch element 11, and a holder 14 for holding the knob 10 operably. Since the holder 14 is sandwiched between a case body (pressing member) 6 arranged overlapped in front of the holder and the circuit board 5, the fitting stability or fitting reliability of the holder 14 can be improved, and occurrence of a defect such as position shift or backlash resulting from vibration resistance or inclination to an axis L of the knob 10 can be suppressed.
