PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical joint cut off structure between external wall panels in which a cut off sheet material can be installed in the depth position between external wall panels and the sheet material can be installed between the external wall panels even after installation thereof. SOLUTION: In between adjacent right and left external wall panels 1, 1, a slit 2 opening in the direction between the external wall panels and closing in the reverse direction is formed between the backing material 6 of respective external wall panel and the external wall face material 5. The space between the external wall face materials 1, 1 is cut off at the position between the external wall face material 5 and the backing material 6 by the cut off sheet material 3. Respective slit 2 is formed by the notch 6a provide at the side of the backing material 6, and an adhesive cut off material 8 stopping water between the backing material 6 and the external wall face material 5 in the depth of the respective slits 2, is provided.
