Flat ring-shaped magnetic insert manufactured from permanent magnet material is arranged inside. The ring-shaped magnetic insert is manufactured as cut ring producing axially magnetized magnetic field. System for supplying drugs manufactured as irrigating micro-catheter is mounted in the cut ring. Micro-catheter outlet opening is on the implant plane. Short-focus scattering lens of laser radiator has light guide connectable to laser radiation source. North pole of the permanent magnet, irrigating micro-catheter outlet of the system for supplying drugs and laser radiator lens are arranged in the same direction. ^ EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of surgical intervention. ^ 4 cl, 2 dwg
