<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic part mounting apparatus which easily detects the shape of an electronic part held in a suction nozzle or the shape of the suction nozzle itself from two directions. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic part mounting apparatus (100) includes an imaging unit (1) provided on a loading head (6) and having a CCD camera (1a). The camera images the suction nozzle (6a) provided in the loading head and a side face of the electronic part (Q) held in the suction nozzle as an image to be refracted by a prism (1b) and inputted, reflected by a mirror (93) and inputted so as to image the suction nozzle provided in the loading head or a lower surface of the electronic part held by the suction nozzle, and to detect the side face and the lower surface from the two directions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
