<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical wiring storage box in which wiring space is efficiently made small using a simple structure and wiring work is made easy. <P>SOLUTION: In the optical wiring storage box, a plate 4, in which an inserting hole 7 is provided to insert a uniting band 8 or the like and residual length of an optical fiber cable 2 is stored, is mounted on the top surface of a welding tray or the like using a hinge in a freely openable and closable manner so as to cover the top surface.
