<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer material carrying device, and an image forming device, in which a load of extracting transfer material is reduced in handling a jam when it occurs in a case of the transfer material flowing back from a carrying passage into the other carrying passage to stay, in which the transfer material in the other carrying passage is not broken to improve durability of carrying rollers, in which high quality image formation and post-processing are conducted, in which constitution is simple and compact to reduce a carrying load and power consumption, and in which jam handling can be safely and easily conducted to save energy. <P>SOLUTION: This device comprises the carrying passage 3 to carry the transfer material P carried from a carrying-in means 1 to a processing part 2, a changing means 5 to guide the transfer material P flowing back in the carrying passage 3 to the other carrying passage 4, a pair of carrying rollers 6 to carry the transfer material P guided to the other carrying passage 4 to stay to be combined with the next transfer material P carried by the carrying passage 3, a pressure means 7 to pressurize the pair of carrying rollers 6, and a pressure releasing means 8 to release pressure of the pressure means 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
