PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an SI (skeleton-infill) type building trade/lease mediation system capable of acquiring an SI type building in accordance with the purpose or use of a user by selecting a desired skeleton and infill on a network.

SOLUTION: A server retrieves, on receipt of a skeleton retrieval condition from a user terminal, a skeleton corresponding to the skeleton retrieval condition from a skeleton information database, transmits the skeleton retrieval result to the user terminal, and receives skeleton selection information from the user terminal. The server retrieves infill usable in the selected skeleton from an infill database, transmits the infill retrieval result to the user terminal, and receives infill selection information from the user terminal. The server then transmits infill purchase or lease application information to a skeleton provider terminal and an infill provider terminal based on the selected skeleton and infill information, and transmits infill mounting request information to a builder terminal.
