<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widely spread coupons in an invalid state and render them valid in response to such action as answering to a questionnaire. <P>SOLUTION: A POS terminal 2 issues an invalid coupon upon receiving coupon information from a server 1. A consumer who receives the coupon accesses the unique address of a server by using a terminal which he or she owns. The server sends a questionnaire to the consumer's terminal, from which an answer to the questionnaire is in turn sent to the server. The server then writes in an answer check area for the corresponding coupon information in a database. This validates the coupon which the consumer has.
