THERAPEUTIC RADIATION EXPOSURE APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapeutic radiation exposure apparatus of which the accuracy of irradiation with therapeutic radiation with respect to a lesion is improved.

SOLUTION: The therapeutic radiation exposure apparatus is provided with: a therapeutic radiation irradiation part 2 having a therapeutic radiation generator 3 for generating the therapeutic radiation for treating the lesion of a patient and a supporting mechanism for supporting the therapeutic radiation generator in an angle-variable manner; a camera 7 for photographing the fluorescent image of a photosensitive substance given to the patient and having specific accumulation property to the lesion; an image processor 17 for extracting a fluorescent area from the fluorescent image; an angle determining part 35 for determining the angle of the therapeutic radiation generator based on the position of the extracted fluorescent area; and a control part 27 for controlling the supporting mechanism according to the determined angle.
