摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping welded joint of a stainless steel pipe for obtaining SCC (stress corrosion cracking) prevention observed in a BWR (boiling water reactor) atomic power plant, and its producing method. SOLUTION: As the cause of SCC, the rising of surface hardness in a bevel-working of the piping, the sticking of the SCC accelerating material contained in cutting oil or the atmosphere, the change of metallic structure in a base material caused by thermal-efficiency and the rising and the hardening of residual stress caused by welding thermal-deformation, are considered, and then, this piping welded joint is obtained, with which after forming the welded joint, the welded part of this welded joint is heated to 300-700°C as stress removal heat treatment. This piping welded joint contains≤0.08% C,≤1% Si,≤2% Mn,≤0.04% P,≤0.01% S, 10-15% Ni and 16-19% Cr as the chemical composition of the steel. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
