PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone terminal having a normal mode for permitting a normal use and an emergency mode for informing of an emergency, a program, and a recording medium for simply, surely and securely informing of the emergency. SOLUTION: The mobile phone terminal 10 having a normal mode permitting the normal use and the emergency mode for informing of the emergency, is provided with: an emergency mode shift means 101 for shifting from the normal mode to the emergency mode depending on a prescribed key entry; a phone call means 109 for dialing a telephone number of a security center stored in advance following the shift to the emergency mode; and an electronic mail transmission means 108 for transmitting electronic mail to a prescribed electronic mail address stored in advance following the shift to the emergency mode similarly.
