PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind sheltering device capable of producing good wind sheltering effects without becoming obstacles when they are not used. SOLUTION: A wind sheltering device is provided with sheltering covers 19, 44 capable of deforming to using positions A, B where a part of an air discharging port 11 is closed and to a storing position C where the air discharging port 11 is retreated to a lower part of a machine body 1 and is opened by sliding up and down along with the air discharging port 11 which is formed in the machine body 1. The sheltering covers 19, 44 do not become obstacles when they are not used as they are retreated to the storing position C at the lower part of the machine body 1 and stored. And as the sheltering covers 19, 44 are sliding along the air discharging port 11, there is no gap between the sheltering cover 19, 44 at the using positions A, B and the machine body 1, and thus good sheltering effects are obtained.
