PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide X-ray apparatus preventing a subject from feeling cold even if the subject's skin corresponding to a portion to be imaged touches the surface of the apparatus. SOLUTION: A Bucky X-ray device 1 is provided with a heating sheet 3 on the surface on its X-ray incident side and a control circuit 3c provided on the outside constantly adjusts the temperature of the heating sheet 3 to a temperature comfortable for the subject even if the subject's skin touches thereto. The Bucky X-ray device 1 is equipped with a film cassette, the height of the Bucky X-ray device 1 is vertically adjusted along a guide rail 2a of a stand 2 so as to be set to the imaging portion of the subject, the subject is made to touch the device side and temporarily stop the breathing, and the X-ray is applied thereto.
