PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server of a search site capable of varying the layout of a search page from user (company) to user. SOLUTION: The server 101 of the search site receives access from a user's terminal 11 via a portal site 41 or a company's site 21 and provides a database-interactive website. A template for defining the layout of a search page is registered in the server 101 of the search site, for each company which registers merchandise-related information in a database 113. Based on the template registered, a search page with its layout varied for each company site via which the access from the terminal 11 passes or for each company referred to is provided to the user's terminal 11.
