PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter device having the biting part of shutter blades, surely intercepting photographing light in a state where a shutter is closed and providing stable shutter speed. SOLUTION: The shutter device incorporated in a 2nd group frame 23 has a pair of shutter blades 31 and 32 for opening/closing an aperture part 23a and a light shielding blade 33. The shutter blades 31 and 32 are turnably supported by supporting pins 23d and 23e, and the light shielding blade 33 is turnably supported by a pin 23f positioned outside the pin 23d, then the shutter blades 31 and 32 form the biting part where they are partially overlapped each other on the aperture part 23a in the state where the shutter is closed. The light shielding blade 33 is superposed on the biting part in the state where the shutter is closed but it is turned and moved in the same direction as the shutter blade 31 at the time of driving to open/close the aperture part, and the turning angle of the light shielding blade 33 is smaller than that of the shutter blade 31.
