PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an IC socket for highly accurate detection of a position and moreover with good reproducability in image processing. SOLUTION: In the IC socket provided with pogo pins which are in contact with an inspection device, an alignment mark is added to a region of the IC socket in which the pogo pins do not exist.
