PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jet-spray pump device in which a liquid in a pressure chamber is prevented from flowing backward in an open-air-introducing path through an open-air introducing hole and a residual pressure-releasing hole, and leaking to the outside. SOLUTION: A cylinder 28 is placed in a cylinder-holding part of a pump main-body. In the cylinder, the open-air-inlet hole 28a and the residual-pressure releasing hole 28b are made at an interval. When a piston is pushed in the cylinder, a container communication path is allowed to communicate with ambient air through the outside of the cylinder from the open-air inlet hole. At the same time, in the last stage of pushing the piston, the pressure chamber is allowed to communicate with the container communication path through the outside of the cylinder from the residual-pressure releasing hole. On the outside periphery of the cylinder, a U-shaped guide protrusion 28e is provided, which surrounds the residual-pressure-releasing hole to shut up the space to the open-air inlet hole, and open to the container communication path. It is recommended to provide a circumferential protrusion 28d on the outside periphery of the cylinder between the open-air inlet hole and the residual-pressure releasing hole.
