PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily post-install a control box of an electric lock, by minimally applying work such as a hole and a cutout to a door and a mechanical lock. SOLUTION: This control structure of the control box of the electric lock to the mechanical lock; is characterized in that the mechanical lock 1 is installed on an inner wall surface 12 of the door 11, a cap 8 for a thumb-turn knob having a tooth part 23 for meshing with a transmission gear 22 of a motive power transmission mechanism arranged in the control box 9, is out-fitted to the thumb-turn knob 5 projecting from a lock box 2 of the lock, and an opening part 30 for the cap and one end part side 9a of the control box 9 having an installation hole, are added in a state of being positioned on an outer wall surface 2a of the lock box, and the control box 9 is post-installed in and fixed to the lock box 2 via a fixture 10.
