摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and appropriately adjust brightness even in the case that the brightness of an object image suddenly fluctuates. SOLUTION: A dimmer circuit 23 is provided with a derivative compensator 23A, a gain compensator 23B and an integral compensator 23C, sends control signals to a motor driver 20 so as to open and close a diaphragm, and sends the control signals to a CCD driver through a scope control part 56 so as to adjust an electronic shutter speed. The processing results of the gain compensator 23B and the integral compensator 23C, the control signals for opening and closing the diaphragm 16, are outputted to the motor driver 20. In the meantime, the processing result of the derivative compensator 23A is outputted to the CCD driver 59, and the electronic shutter speed is adjusted in the case that the luminance of the object image is rapidly changed.
