A device for producing a double score line on cardboard comprises a female die on which the cardboard 10, Fig. 2, is laid, consisting of a base 7 and two underlays 6 fixed thereto and defining between them the scoring groove, and a male die 1 including a flat middle section 3 and two outside scoring rims projecting therefrom and having flat surfaces 4. In operation, the cardboard 10 is formed with two score lines 14, and the two end portions 15, 16, Fig. 4, can be bent downwards as shown, leaving a smooth outer surface 11, 12. The surfaces 3, 4 are connected by portions sloping at 45 degrees. |
