FIELD: medical equipment, in particular, devices for injections, formed as syringes containing medicinal substances. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus is formed as syringe with hermetically sealed reservoirs containing different substances, piston mechanism including piston chamber, piston and piston stem. Chamber clearance with continuous internal surface is formed as successively arranged reservoirs or sectors with different diameters or sections, with one of reservoirs being formed as piston cylinder.
