MANUFACTURING METHOD OF RESIN ROLL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a resin roll capable of withstanding high load and which is hardly damaged by the destruction of the interface between a lower wound layer and an outer cylinder or an adhesive layer. SOLUTION: The resin roll 1 is equipped with the lower wound layer 3, which comprises a fiber-reinforced resin, formed on the outer periphery of a roll core 2 and the outer cylinder 5 further formed to the outside thereof through the adhesive layer 4. The nonwoven fiber aggregate layer 8 constituting the outer peripheral surface of the lower wound layer 3 is formed by impregnating a tape-like nonwoven fiber aggregate with a liquid thermosetting resin while successively transferring the nonwoven fiber aggregate obtained by bonding a fiber material mainly comprising inorganic fibers by a binder and winding the impregnated aggregate around the outer periphery of the roll core 2.
