PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire monitoring device which detects the state of a tire by performing power generation by itself without receiving electricity from the outside. SOLUTION: A temperature sensor 222 measures a temperature in the tire 130. A pressure sensor 224 measures the air pressure of the tire 130. A vibration sensor 226 measures the vibration of the tire 130. A central processing device 240 determines the state of the tire 130 from the sensors 222, 224 and 226. A power generating circuit 210 performs the power generation by using energy obtained from the tire 130, and feeds the power to the sensors 222, 224 and 226 and the central processing device 240 or the like.
