<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wiper device using a piezoelectric element, and realizing the improvement of the durability of a blade wiping part while preventing the crack and the performance degradation of the piezoelectric element at the time of molding a blade. <P>SOLUTION: The wiper blade 1 incorporates the piezoelectric element 2, and the element 2 is constituted to be molded integrally with an element housing part 3 formed of liquid silicone. A coating part 4 formed of EP rubber is provided to surround the housing part 3 on the outside of the housing part 3. The wiping part 5 is protrusively provided integrally with the coating part 4 under the coating part 4. The wiping part 5 is arranged on the wiping surface of the wiper device. The element 2 is insert-molded in the liquid silicone at low pressure/low temperature, so that the crack and the performance degradation of the element 2 at the molding time are prevented.
