PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load on disclosure control of medical information in a medical information disclosure system.

SOLUTION: This medical information disclosure controller has: a medical information group content storage part 16 previously storing an item of the medical information included in a group in each the group of the medical information classified on the basis of similarity; a disclosure control table storage part 15 previously storing disclosure permission flags by user attributes in each the group; a disclosable group selection part 12 selecting a disclosable group corresponding to the inputted user attribute on the basis of the disclosure permission flag; and an information disclosure control part 13 acquiring the medical information item included in the disclosable group from the medical information group content storage part 16, and selecting the disclosed medical information on the basis of the disclosable medical information item.
