PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reserved photographing method for photographing the same object as a previous one at a reserved time, a method of positioning the same object when photographing it at another time, an imaging apparatus and a program. SOLUTION: In the previous photographing time, an object 3 is photographed with a desired time set. The set time comes and the imaging apparatus 1 is automatically powered on to show a reproduced picture of the photographed object 3 as a semi-transparent picture on a monitor screen 2. A user turns the imaging apparatus 1 up, down, right and left to position the object picture shown as a through-picture so as to superpose it on the semi-transparent picture, and operates the shutter when it is superposed, thereby photographing the object 3.
