PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluororesin film having excellent productivity, adhesiveness, heat-resistance, chemical resistance, weather resistance, etc., and provide a laminate containing a layer of the fluororesin film. SOLUTION: The invention provides a film of a melt-formable fluororesin containing a fluorine-containing copolymer (A) containing (a) a polymerization unit based on tetrafluoroethylene and/or chlorotrifluoroethylene, (b) a polymerization unit based on a fluoromonomer (excluding tetrafluoroethylene and chlorotrifluoroethylene) and (c) a polymerization unit based on one or more compounds selected from itaconic acid, itaconic anhydride, citraconic acid and citraconic anhydride and provides a laminate containing a layer of the fluororesin film.
