PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for polar form phase encode for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). SOLUTION: The method for medical examination contains a process of polar form phase encode which generates plural signals forming data groups for showing subjects, and forms grids (76) of polar coordinate (78) system in K space by the data groups. Another embodiment contains a process of instilling a contrast agent into a patient to flow into the vascular system of the patient, a process of collecting MR signals which generate spins in the vascular system from MR imaging system, and a process of polar form phase encode for generating MR signals which forms data groups showing patients, and forming grids of polar coordinate system in the K space by the data groups.
