PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductance component that can be solderless connected to a metallic terminal frame correspondingly to the lead removing trend at the time of mounting the component on a substrate, can be improved in characteristics, structure, and workability, and can be discriminated mechanically for the state of the connected section, whether the state good or bad, by constituting the connected section in a easily distinguishable structure. SOLUTION: After a winding terminal 2a is tied up around a metallic terminal frame 20 and a spherical connected section 25 is formed at the upper end of the frame 20 by welding the terminal 2a to the frame 20, the image of the connected section 25 is picked up from the direction facing the upper end of the frame 20 and the image is discriminated. In the course of the discrimination of the image, the welded state of the connected section 25 is discriminated as good when a bright area existing in the image and having fixed or higher luminance has a prescribed area or smaller, and as bad when the bright area exceeds the prescribed area.
