PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a contact point of each movable contact and each fixed contact by stably attaching and detaching a pair of movable contacts to a pair of fixed contacts. SOLUTION: In this electromagnetic switching device, provided with an electromagnet device comprising a solenoid coil, a movable iron core, a yoke 23 and another yoke, a pair of fixed terminals, a movable contact 4, a shaft 5, and a container body housing them, a pair of movable contacts are brought into contact with or separated from the pair of fixed contacts through the shaft respectively by advancing/retreating the movable iron core along an axis by the electromagnet device. Fitting parts 231, 511 fitting together all the while the shaft 5 is moving along the axis are provided in the yoke 23 and a holding part 51 of the shaft 5 respectively.
