PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoswitch opening and closing an electric switching mechanism through a disc-shaped curved bimetal reversing its curved state according to the temperature, preventing contact failure between contacts caused by shavings of an insulation case due to vibration of the bimetal. SOLUTION: A pressing piece imparted with an elastic force pressing the bimetal toward a bottom wall of the case is arranged in the vicinity of circumference of the bimetal of the thermoswitch. The vibration of the bimetal is prevented by pressing of the bimetal with the pressing piece. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
