PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly and efficiently search web page information matching the semantic content of a search keyword without recognizing a language of the search keyword. SOLUTION: An input part 303 receives input of the search keyword described by a predetermined language. A search keyword conversion part 305 converts the input search keyword into a translation keyword described by a language different from the predetermined language and having the semantic content equivalent or related to that of the search keyword. An identification information extraction part 308 extracts identification information about a country or a region targeted to search according to the translation keyword. A search part 309 searches the web page information according to the translation keyword and the extracted identification information. An output part 311 outputs a searched search result.
