PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duct with a louver having high light shielding property and a projector. SOLUTION: The duct with a louver 90 is used for optical equipment equipped with a light source device and a casing in which the light source device is housed and an aperture part to make the inside and the outside communicate with each other is formed, and is equipped with a duct 99 which is formed of a cylindrical body having open end faces at both ends and whose one end face out of the open end faces is arranged near the light source device and whose other end face is connected to the opening part, and the louver 91 provided inside the duct 99 and having a plurality of blade members 911 and 912 guiding air flowing in the duct 99. In the duct with the louver 90, bent parts 911C, 912D and 912E where air guiding surfaces 911A, 911B, 912A, 912B and 912C inclined in directions different from each other with respect to the air sending direction D of the duct are crossed are formed on at least any of the plurality of blade members 911 and 912.
