PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muscular defense artificial presentation device with which muscular defense which is be produced by peritonitis can be presented artificially to students, such as medical students. SOLUTION: A muscular defense artificial presentation device 1 is formed by imitating a human body and has roughly the size of the exact size of the human body and is equipped with an model 6 of the human body consisting of an abdomen 4, etc., an artificial skin 7 which is stuck on the surface of the abdomen 4, an elastic body supporting part 12 which has a pair of rod supporting bodies 11 which are prepared by being contained in the belly cavity 8 of the abdomen 4 and are arranged so that inner circle sides are opposed with each other, an abdominal muscle elastic body 13 which is formed with elastically deformable material and is cross-linked between one pair of rod supporting bodies 11 and presents a muscular action by the abdominal muscle of the human body artificially on the abdomen 4 of the model 6 of the human body and a muscular defense presenting part 14 which presents the muscular defense of the abdominal muscle which is produced in a patient of the peritonitis to fingers of palpation by adjusting tension which is applied on the abdominal muscle elastic body 13 which is supported by the elastic body supporting part 12.
